General information about the online store

Online store products are sold by Ab Sven Strindberg Oy business ID 1956126-2. We sell products to private individuals in Finland and the EU region. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.


Products and services are generally ordered via the internet at https://www.juhanipalmu.net via the Shopping Cart.

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order and the paytrail payment code. In order to receive a payment confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.

Payment methods

The products and their postage are paid when ordering. In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and payment cards. Payment is made through Paytrail Oyj's website.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery time

We mail products every weekday. Depending on the bank connections, it takes 1-5 business days from the time the payment is made. Deviating delivery times will be announced on our website.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method of the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a postal package.

Exchange and return conditions

The customer has a 14-day right of cancellation according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Cancellation notification must be made within 14 days of delivery. The right of cancellation only applies to unused and salable products in their original packaging. After making the cancellation notice, the customer must return the goods within 14 days of making the cancellation notice.

Include the following information with the return:

  • your name, address and telephone number (as well as your customer number)
  • your bank account number
  • and a copy of Ab Sven Strindberg Oy's payment/order confirmation
  • a brief description of the reason for the return

We do not accept returns sent more than 14 days after the cancellation notice. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the return.

Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the address kaskapalvelu@juhanipalmu.net or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.


We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
